I know sitting at home for the next two week is so difficult and for someone who has been training for years staying put for the next two weeks is Death( that’s what social media tells you )

Do you have any idea what will happen to your body if you won’t train for two weeeeeeeeeeeeeekksssss? You will lose all the gains that you made in all these years (pun intended).

Guys if you can train good, but if you can’t then it’s OK.

# Consider this time has a reset for your body from all these years of training, focus on your recovery. You will perform better after two weeks of break. Two/ three weeks of rest with good nutrition, boy your hormones will thank you.
#Try to get more sleep.

# Focus on nutrition, yes this is very important.
# work on how and what can u do to strengthen your immune system, so that you are not affected by any virus.
# Do some soft tissue work at home like foam rolling.
# engage in some new activity.

Right now social media is flooded with different home workouts, some of which are seriously damaging to the brain ( if you understand what I mean here). Social media is making you feel that if you don’t train for next weeks you are going down the hill.
Again If you can train at home it’s fine, but for some reason, you can’t then it’s is also ok. Don’t fall for social media pressure.
